2010 Brabus Mercedes-Benz Viano

2010 Brabus Mercedes-Benz Viano

Viano V8 from BRABUS is built in small-series production. BRABUS replaces the standard V6 powertrain of the Viano 3.5 with a new BRABUS 6.1 eight-cylinder displacement engine complete with a correspondingly strong five-speed automatic transmission. They both are implanted into the van with almost surgical precision.

The 6.1 engine produces 426 hp (418 bhp) / 313 kW at 5,400 rpm and a peak torque of 621 Nm (458 lb-ft) at 4,100 rpm. Like all BRABUS engines it is lubricated exclusively with ARAL high-performance motor oil.

With a sprint time of 5.9 seconds from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) and an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) the BRABUS Viano V8 is one of the world’s fastest vans.
